We regularly organize sessions where we delve deeper into certain techniques so that we can teach you good habits and safe movements. We call this our Fundamentals.

In our clinics we focus on gymnastics and weightlifting. In Gymnastics we teach you the necessary gymnastics techniques to refine so that you can improve your performance and achieve your goals more easily!
In the Weightlifting sessions we teach all our CrossFit athletes the correct technique to execute both simple and complex movements flawlessly.
