CrossFit is for anybody
Due to the wide variety of exercises and training forms, CrossFit is the best way to arm yourself and protect yourself against life’s challenges: a weak back, a heavy shopping bag, a well-functioning immune system,… In our community you will find people from different age groups, both men and women.

CrossFit is about constantly varied training, but that doesn’t mean the training is random. One of the main characteristics of constant variation is the use of very different loads, time domains and movements. Sometimes you will be performing short, heavy workouts like 5 sets of single deadlifts. Other times you’ll be doing a long, heavy workout We get rid of boring training schedules and make sure our workouts are always challenging.


All our CrossFit classes are 1 hour long. During this hour we almost always start with a general warm-up followed by a strength or skill section. Once our body is ready for the WOD (workout of the day), we push ourselves hard into the workout. All our classes are always supervised by a certified CrossFit coach. This is how we guarantee the safety and quality of our programming.

The level of intensity is always and only relative to one person. Training with high intensity will produce more of the results we seek more quickly, whether is loosing weight or gaining muscles. What we can already reveal is that we get your heart rate into the red zone!


Functional movements are moves that we know from everyday life such as picking up your grocery stores. With CrossFit we make sure to train and develop these natural movements by turning it into a core strength and conditioning program. CrossFit is designed to prepare you to be stronger for activities like squatting, running, jumping, pulling, picking things up.

It does not matter whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete. In one training we not only tackle your fitness or strength, but we also work on mobility, resistance, explosiveness and coordination. All these elements make CrossFit your most fun and efficient workout!
